Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd. invites applications for the position of Captive Associate within its Business Development team.

The general functions of Business Development Captive Associate role are to:

• Support Business Development managers in marketing captive concepts and management services to prospective clients
• Help draft and edit requests for proposals for captive management services
• Respond to technical enquiries/data requests from MMC colleagues, clients and prospects regarding captives
• Coordinate meeting arrangements and marketing materials for relevant conferences
• Assist in the incorporation of new captives in Bermuda, BVI and any other relevant domiciles where such assistance may be required
• Draft/update presentations and sales materials
• Maintain project management and prospect databases
• Liaise with marketing manager on communication and compliance issues
• Assist with ad-hoc research projects
• Keep up to date with Bermuda’s regulatory requirements

Other specific requirements include:
• University degree preferred
• Strong communications skills
• Ability/desire to work in teams
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are essential
