Part Time Senior Accounts Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties:
1. Oversee the day to day operation of clients accounts. Reconcile all revenues collected on a daily basis. Check balances against accounting receipts and bank deposits. Post accounting data entry into the cash journal on a daily basis. Maintain all company bank accounts. Complete end of week closing process and disburse revenue to the appropriate clients. Reconcile revenue reports on a monthly basis. Serve as point of contact, for all clients in regards to accounting issues. Assist clients with the typing of estimates and other business reports. Process payroll and ensure all government commitments are paid. Process electronic payments to various vendors local and overseas. Populate, Payroll Tax Return Forms quarterly. Monitor and control expenses and company’s budget. Assist in the maintenance and preparation of local internal controls. Oversee and assist with the billing and collections process. Adhoc projects as required to enhance company and client needs.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Minimum of five (5) years experience in an accounting/office environment. A strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Technologically literate with strong computer skills, including being familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks and other commonly used software. Internet savvy, including the use of email programs and group messaging. Dependable and highly organized with business maturity, discretion and a positive attitude. Cheerful presence and people skills. Good record keeping abilities. Self starter who can work independently. Skills in establishing priorities and managing workload/
