Migration Representatives
CellOne is looking for temporary employees to join our migration team for two to three months. The candidates will be responsible for ensuring seamless migration of our existing customers to the CellOne network. Migration Representatives will be responsible for correctly administering and troubleshooting at all stages of the migration process, including ensuring customer follow up and migration reporting. Exceptional customer service experience, strong communication skills, and technical problem solving abilities are required for these positions.
Requirements:
Only candidates that meet the following requirements need apply:
· Minimum of two years customer service experience
· Strong technical skills in order to troubleshoot devices
· Proven problem solving skills and ability to show experience
· Familiarity with wireless products and services
· Strong computer skills
· Experience working professionally within a team
It is essential that candidates have the ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
