Live-In Assistant Maintenance and General Support Person

As we are a small hotel we are looking for someone to provide overall support for all departments of the Hotel as the need arises.  This will include working under the direction of the Head Maintenance person and will be responsible for handling minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, pool care and security around the hotel.  Assist with food service.  They should have experience in catering for small functions.  Ability to decorate hotel for special events.  Assist housekeepers as the need arises.  He/she must be physically fit as they will be required to assist with luggage and other duties that are labor intensive.  Prior experience and references are required.  There will be a five day work week which includes evenings, holidays and weekends.
