Imaging Technologist / Chief Operational Officer

IMAGING TECHNOLOGIST

The successful candidate will possess a license to perform X-rays (ARET), and any additional Diagnostic Imaging Certification/Registration, X-Ray Ultrasound, ECHO, MRI and CT.  Preference will be given to CT.

CHIEF OPERATIONAL OFFICER

The successful candidate must be an experienced Medical Practice Manager/Research Study Coordinator.  A minimum of (15) years hands-on experience, complimented with educational training.  The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of staff, administration of business development and overall operations of (2) large medical practices.  Good communication and positive attitude it a must.  This is a full-time position, hired by and directly accountable to the Medical Director and CEO.

• Ideal candidate will have domain knowledge of the business of medicine and understand modern management theories
• Must be proficient in Accounts Receivable Management, Medical Billing/Collections, using the Medisoft system
• Must have experience with accounting principles utilizing the QuickBooks system
• Provide information for evaluation of the organizations activities and recommendation for Marketing
• Ensure quality control of all practice out-put as pertains to patient care and delivery of services
• Set operational and/or performance goals for each department
• Manage and direct business operations of the Ancillary departments, with emphasis on MRI and CT
• Staff training and development, Physician recruitment for Specialist program
• Experienced with facilities management and development of Medical Research Program
