Junior Sales/Office Manager

Clear Choice Doors Windows and Glass Ltd. is seeking a motivated and mature Junior Office Manger to help develop and grow the current customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

- Assisting clients in showroom with queries and sales

- Liaising with clients to schedule jobs for 2 teams of installers

- Maintaining inventory levels and liaising with suppliers for outstanding orders

Required experience/qualifications include:

- Strong customer service orientation

- Excellent problem solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with a variety of computer based software applications such as Word, Excel and Access.

- 2 years prior experience in a sales/office environment

- Interest in learning about the different aspects and products in the door, window and glass industries.

- High School diploma or equivalent
