ARCHITECT

The successful applicant will be a NCARB, ARB (or equivalent) registered Architect.  A minimum of 6 years post registration experience is required, preferably in Healthcare with Hospitality and Commercial experience an asset.  The position requires advanced abilities in: the design and administration of projects from inception to completion, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.  BIM experience ad LEED AP accreditation is preferred.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

The successful applicant will have a degree from a CIDA (formerly FIDER), or equivalent accredited college or university.  An NCIDQ registration is required with a minimum of 2 years post registration experience including a strong background with commercial and residential work small and large.  The position requires advanced abilities in: the design and administration of projects from inception to completion, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, preparation of contract documents and presentation skills.  LEED AP accreditation is preferred.
