The successful candidate must possess the following:
• A minimum of five years experience working in high quality establishments
• Be familiar with and able to assist in all areas of a busy kitchen
• Be hard working and dedicated to providing quality foods and service
• Be prepared to work the hours necessary to complete set tasks
• Must be willing to work a varied and flexible schedule to include holidays, weekends and rotational Sundays
• Persons with Sous Chef experience preferred but not essential

The position offers a competitive salary package, full insurance coverage including dental; and the chance to work overtime in our catering department.
