The successful applicant will work closely with the General Manager and Department Directors.
Responsibilities include:
• Generating all office correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records
• Processing weekly department orders
• Data input
• Creating weekly signs
Applicant should possess a high school diploma. A recognized secretarial certificate and experience in the grocery industry would be an asset.
The applicant must be computer literate and should be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Efficiency and attention to detail are as important as accuracy and speed. The successful applicant must be willing to work on his or her own initiative and, when necessary, work extended office hours.
The hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
