We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our support team.  Responsibilities for the position will include installation, consultation, support and maintenance, primarily of Microsoft based networks.  This knowledge, together with Enterprise networking experience (LAN, WAN, Groupware and Firewalls) will be necessary for the successful candidates.

Proven knowledge in Microsoft, NetWare, Cisco, Enterasys and Checkpoint is required.  A minimum of ten years experience, together with at least one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNP, Enterasys ESE is required.  The candidates must have a history of customer service excellence and a commitment to continuing education and training.  To blend in with our very successful support team, you will need to have the desire to work with leading edge technology in a very motivating but demanding environment.
