The ideal candidate will be self motivated with at least three years’ experience in a store manager or buyer position. Must have:
• Experience in disciplinary matters, scheduling and performance evaluations
• An exceptional focus on customer service
• Experience maintaining proper stock levels, ordering and receiving stock
• A high level of organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and must be able to multitask
• Ability to keep up to date with trends
• Skills to track merchandise, deliveries, back orders and cancelled goods
• Strong negotiation skills to work with local and overseas vendors for maximum gross profit
• Solid knowledge of “open to buys”
This position includes data inputting and involves day to day function level.
