Ignition Bermuda Ltd. is a leading Managed Services Provider offering outsourced IT services to a global client base. We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Bermuda Office. Candidates must have the following qualifications:
• University degree in a related Business or Technology discipline
• 10+ years of IT experience in progressively senior roles
• Extensive experience providing consulting services to diversified clients across a range of industries, including responding to and writing technical RFPs, preparing and negotiating Service Level Agreements, budgeting and financial reporting
• Proven success managing complex, multi-dimensional IT projects covering a diverse range of technology solutions
• Experience managing diversified teams consisting of technical and non-technical resources
• Solid technical writing and business analysis skills
• Professional Project Management certification and/or designation considered an asset
• Previous experience in IT infrastructure and support services, electronic records management, and application and data store solutions are definite plus
As a Senior Consultant, the successful candidate will:
• Establish and lead Ignition’s Project Management Office
• Be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with effective, quality project management records
• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Effectively lead project teams and other key resources
• Be able to work evenings and weekends to accommodate our global clients in multiple time zones
