The successful applicant will have the ability to work in all areas of the kitchen and deli department in both of our stores.
A proven team leader, you should be able to perform the following:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with kitchen manager with regard to day-to-day operation of department
Supervise department staff in the absence of the department manager
Knowledge of a wide range of specialty foods
Assist in the creation of new menu items
Previous catering experience
Assist the department manager with staff training
Qualifications and Experience:
Three years previous experience in all areas of the kitchen
Good working knowledge of specialty cuisine
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
